Payment & Terms
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money orders,
cashier's check, personal, company check and payment directly from your
bank account denominated in U.S. dollars.
•Credit Card Payment - The cardholder must sign and return the credit
card authorization form with the original application in order to have
the account set up for ongoing credit card purchases. If a customer
wishes to change the authorizing credit card, they must complete and
sign another credit card authorization form and submit it directly to
the company.
On any credit card dispute, CalTek will charge back the credit card
service fee and shipping cost to your credit card.
•COD order must be pre-approved by Cal Tek. Only cashier check or money
order (Made payable to Cal Tek USA Corp.) will be accepted. A UPS COD
fee of $10.00 will be charged for every COD tag/box.
•Personal & Company Checks - A $25.00 returned check fee will be
charged on all returned checks. Any discounts, incentives and allowance
will be charged back to the customer.
Shipping
We ship worldwide! Unless special shipping instruction was given when
placing your order, all domestic orders will ship by UPS Ground Service
and International orders will be shipped by US Postal Airmail Parcel
Post.
•Domestic Order: UPS Ground Service, UPS will send a Package Tracking
Number to your email address on file.
•International Order: US Postal Service Airmail, no tracking number
will be given by USPS. You are responsible for all custom duties,
tariff, taxes and charges; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. Additionally, when ordering from CalTek USA, you
are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We can not ship to PO Box.
Free On Board: you assume full ownership of all merchandise once the
packages leave our warehouse and picked up by UPS or USPS.
Minimum Advertising Policy
To promote fair competition and to reduce price-wars between CalTek
dealers, all distributors are required to abide by CalTek's Minimum
Advertising Price policy, which is to advertise no more than 10% off the MSRP of our new products and no more than 20% off MSRP of existing products
to retail customers in any form. The advertising forms include,
but are not limited to, dealers' company website, online forums,
catalogs, and other online marketplaces. Dealers found in violation of
this policy may be subjected to termination of its dealership.
Return Policy
Any discrepancy on an order must be reported to our office within 3
days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving and
subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must be pre
approved and confirm by a return authorization number. We will not
honor any return or exchange without this number. Once we receive your
return, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used
for the purchase or a check will be issued, be sure to include the
original invoice and receipt for proper credit.
We inspect all items before they are packed and shipped and will not
ship out any damage merchandise from our warehouse. Should any
merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and
product. UPS may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any
claim. Please call us within 24 hours of receiving your package with
damaged merchandise and we will instruct you of the next step.
Back Orders
CalTek will ship all back orders as soon as the items become available.
Dealer wishing to have back ordered items cancelled must call or email
to make arrangement.
Termination
Cal Tek reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet
the conditions.
